Kyras of Varsisia

Sniper Goggles The leather strap attached to these bulbous lenses allows their wearer to fit them to his head. The wearer of these goggles can make ranged sneak attacks from any distance instead of the normal 30 feet. When making ranged sneak attacks within 30 feet, the wearer gains a +2 circumstance bonus on each sneak attack damage die.

Bio:

Kyras was born and rasied in Varsisia by his elven mother and Human Father. Being Half elf there were very few parents who would allow thier children fratanize with Kyras. growing up live this allowed kyras to read alot and his mother would tell him stories about her time living in nature. His Father was never around much because he was an adventurer always trying to find money and power. Kyras father would come and go when he was younger only home for short sputs, before disappearing for months on end. This absence of a father figure and a lack of friends, caused Kyras to begin to associate with some of the less desirableas of Varsisia. this helped him become familiar with the underground system of the city. Also be bacame involved in low level theivery.
When Kyras was in his early teens and his father was departing on his one of his adventures, Kyras decided to track and follow his father. After staying on his group for a couple days he loses the trail. After trying to find his way home Kyras gets lost and find shelter in a cave. While exploring the cave, Kyras comes across a (baby or juvinile?) dragon. The dragon attacks and and using his fighting skills he gained living in the rough, Kyras was able to defeat the dragon. The dragon had wounded Kyras badly however and after escaping the cave with the baby dragon in tow and trying to reach civilization fall unconscious.
Little did Kyras know his father being an excellent tracker knew that Kyras was following the group. He wanted to see what he was made of, but realized after a day or so that they were no longer being followed, inspite of the clues he was leaving behind. Kyras’s father then turned back to find his son, And about a day later he finds his son with the baby dragon next to him. After stabilizing his son, Kyras’s father took him back to Varsisia.
When the town got wind of what happened there was an outporing of this child who had slain a dragon and started calling him the dragon hunter. His father stayed with home longer that he had anytime before while Kyras was getting better. During this time Kyras’s father taught Kyras about tracking and weapons. Soon however his father left on his adventure and was never seen again.
Kyras, after this encounter with the dragon, became very interested in Dragon lore and studied as much as he could. He still hung around with his neiborhood friends. but soon became the towns resident dragon expert. The news spread boyond the kingdom and people soon came to ask for advice and even hire him to go on dragon seeking expeditions. He now works for the person who will pay him for his skills. the highest bidder will get the famed dragon hunter to assist in thier expidition. Kyras however remembers his dragon encounter when he was younger and while he will lead anyone to the area where a dragon may be, if there is a sign of a dragon he will avoid contronting it even lie to do it.
Currently partying with a group that may lead him to the item he is seeking, the shield of devine might. the shield is needed to cross the Bridge of the Doomed. this will then lead me to the Shere of annialation and the talisman of the sphere, but the can only be gained by an unknown magical item theat can destroy any material known to man or god.
